Australian Property Funding Development Pty. Ltd. (ACN 165 397 839) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 1084 Botany Rd, Botany NSW 2019 (SP100395). Australian Property Funding Development Pty. Ltd. is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order. Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
