The Geographical Names Board (GNB) is a NSW Government board responsible for establishing, updating and publicising authoritative place names in NSW.
The objectives, functions, and governance of GNB are set out in the Geographical Names Act 1966 No.13 (the Act). The provisions of the Act prevail over any inconsistency with this Charter.
