Review of Board performance
Board Assessment
The board is to assess its performance, including the performance of the board as a whole, individual members and its committees, at least every 3 years. The Chair will determine the method of review, in consultation with the GNB which may include:
- an internally facilitated review
- individual feedback from members and/or
- an externally facilitated review.
The Chair may implement additional systems for capturing feedback during interim periods if deemed required. The board reviews will be conducted in accordance with best practice.
Annual Review of GNB Charter
This Charter is to be reviewed annually to ensure that it remains consistent with the board’s objectives and responsibilities.
The Charter will be approved by the board and made available on the GNB website.
