- riders with a medical condition carrying a medical certificate that states a medical practitioner believes the rider should be allowed to ride on the footpath
- riders accompanying a rider with a medical condition.
**Electric skateboards are allowed as a mobility aid for people with a disability who meet specific use conditions.
