Making smart choices online

Students can learn about stranger danger, display integrity and check what they read, hear and see online.

There are four lessons available for use in class in October 2026.

Years 3-4 students can learn about:

Where are you online? Explore the different types of online spaces, safety risks and how to act responsibly.
Who is behind the screen: Recognise warning signs and act responsibly when someone online may not be who they say they are.
Perspective detective: Consider the perspectives of others and display integrity in online spaces.
It's not all that it seems: Make informed decisions about the validity and credibility of online information.
