In this session, students will learn to develop strategies for a balanced and healthy lifestyle with technology.

Kindergarten (F)-2 students can:

  • explore what their bodies and minds need for their wellbeing
  • find ways to switch off and recharge and discover activities that promote movement and ‘screen free time’
  • understand the importance of resting their minds
  • learn to take control of their digital wellbeing.

Teachers who register but cannot attend can ask to watch a recording for a limited time.
