Program objective
As part of the 2021-2022 NSW State Budget, the NSW Government announced the Racing for the Regions program, a $58.642 million commitment towards racing infrastructure across nine thoroughbred racecourses in regional NSW.
This program is funded and administered by Office of Racing.
Eligibility
Projects were approved and funded as part of the 2021-2022 NSW State Budget, based on Racing NSW business case.
Types of projects funded under this grant
Examples of projects include
- polytrack training tracks
- stables and associated infrastructures
- grandstand upgrades
- sand track upgrades.
