Program objective
This program aims to improve social outcomes for transport disadvantaged sections of the community by providing better access and more transport options. The funding is for shorter term projects, ongoing funding is not guaranteed.
- The development of potential transport services where there are no other options and clear need is evident
- The provision of subsidy programs for targeted to specific transport disadvantaged groups
- The building of community capacity to manage transport challenges
- The provision of essential information.
