The second round WAT Operational Support Grant of $2,500 is being made available to eligible WAT vehicle owners as a contribution towards additional WAT vehicle on-road costs.

Program objective
The WAT Operational Support Grant program for 2025/2026 will be delivered across two grant rounds with the program having three central objectives which are to:
1. provide a level of immediate financial relief for WAT vehicle operators,
2. incentivise more WAT services to be offered, and
3. understand the cost pressures faced by WAT vehicle owners in both purchasing and maintaining a WAT vehicle.
This program is administered by Transport for NSW.
