Water sharing plans made under the Water Management Act 2000 are subject to regular review and replacement. The draft Water Sharing Plan for the Brunswick Unregulated and Alluvial Water Sources 2027 is a replacement for the current Water Sharing Plan for the Brunswick Unregulated and Alluvial Water Source 2016 which will expire on 30 June 2028.
The NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water is inviting feedback from local communities, interest groups and businesses on proposed changes to the draft Water Sharing Plan for the Brunswick Unregulated and Alluvial Water Sources 2027.
The public exhibition provides opportunities for water users, stakeholders and other interested parties to have their say on the proposed water sharing plan and associated rules.
