What’s this about?

The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure is master planning 32 hectares of public open space on the Lake Illawarra foreshore at Warrawong as part of the Parks for People program.

The master plan aims to transform the site into a major public space that offers commercial, recreational, and tourism-related activities. The master plan will include a delivery framework and a clear vision for the park’s future.

We will be gathering feedback over 3 phases, with the final master plan to be delivered in June 2025.
