What’s this about?
Transport for NSW is seeking feedback on the Review of Environmental Factors (REF) for Stage 2 of the Mamre Road upgrade.
The Australian and NSW governments have committed $1 billion to deliver Stage 2 of the Mamre Road upgrade
The project is being split into two phases:
- Phase 1 – Increasing capacity on Mamre Road with four lanes between Erskine Park Road and Kerrs Road – fully funded for delivery by 2029.
- Phase 2 – Meeting longer term needs for the area with additional capacity between Erskine Park Road and Kerrs Road – in future planning.
Transport is now seeking community and stakeholder feedback on the REF for Mamre Road upgrade Stage 2, for both phases 1 and 2. The REF outlines the project features and assesses a range of potential environmental impacts expected when the road is in construction and when it’s open to traffic.
The REF is on display for community and stakeholder feedback until Sunday 30 November 2025.
