Community health centres
We provide a range of services for children, young people and their families, adults, older people and their carers through our 9 community health centres. Services range from health promotion, prevention and early detection to assessment, treatment and continuing care.
We provide a wide range of services to people who visit one of our hospitals for diagnosis or treatment without needing to be admitted to the hospital for overnight care.
Portland Tabulam Health Centre
Portland Tabulam Health Centre provides residential aged care, sub acute care beds, general medicine, community health services and a range of visiting allied health services outreached from Lithgow Health Service.
