The affected data primarily consists of corporate information, contract details, invoices, and triage process workflows. Any personal information is expected to be limited to basic contact details found in contracts and invoices, posing a low risk of misuse.
OracleCMS are in touch with client organisations potentially affected by the breach, and have assisted in notifying those needing guidance and support to mitigate data risks.
What an affected individual can do
Be alert for scams.
- Check your online accounts for unusual activity.
- Check for and report any suspicious activity in your bank account or credit card.
- Don’t click on links in emails or SMS claiming to be from OracleCMS.
- Don’t give your details to someone who calls about the breach and claims to be from OracleCMS.
- Don’t share your password or give remote access to your computer or other device.
