Aboriginal Reintegration and Transition Program service specifications

Service providers use the Aboriginal and Reintegration Transition Program service specifications to ensure program outcomes are achieved and reporting requirements are met. These specifications include weekly submission of a service delivery report, a referral review mid-way through the program, and an exit meeting prior to the young person exiting the Program.
