Faster and easier access to NSW courts websites
Upgraded NSW courts websites will make it faster and easier for the community to access important information and pay fines.
The user-friendly websites will make it easier to navigate the justice system and make transactions. This includes paying court-issued penalties.
Full or part payment of penalty debts can be made through the new Pay Your Penalty portal.
Upgraded NSW courts websites include:
- Courts and Tribunals
- Local Court
- District Court
- Children’s Court
- Drug Court
- Dust Diseases Tribunal
- Coroners Court
- NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT)
- Uniform Civil Procedures Rules (UCPR)
Website upgrades for the Supreme Court, Land and Environment Court and NSW Industrial Relations Commission are also nearly finished.
Attorney General Mark Speakman said approximately 2.5 million people visit NSW courts and tribunals websites each year, including many vulnerable court users.
“The websites have an advanced search function to speed up the process of finding key information, while improved access to online forms will increase efficiency for court users and staff,” Mr Speakman said.
