2025 Public Sector Values Week
The very first NSW Public Sector Values Week was held on 8 – 12 September 2025.
Celebrating values week
Values Week is a week of events with expert speakers inside and outside the NSW government sector, the sharing of practical resources, and an exciting communications toolkit, where NSW public sector employees can consider how the core public sector values Integrity, Trust, Service and Accountability, underpin their work every day.
Regardless of role or level, participants were equipped with insights and tools to feel more confident making and embedding values-based decision-making effectively in your work.
The core values form the foundation for the conduct expected of all us as public sector employees. When these values underpin our work, we ensure that every decision we make is aimed at achieving the best outcomes for the people of NSW.
Communications toolkit
We have developed an exciting communications toolkit with a range of assets that you can use yourself and share with your colleagues and your team to promote Values Week.
It includes icons, social media tiles, posters to print for your office, MS Teams backgrounds, and website banners.
