2026 Public Sector Values Week
Living our values to support community inclusion.
Values week 2026
This year’s NSW Public Sector Values Week will take place from 9 – 13 November 2026 and focus on the theme Living our values to support community inclusion.
Values Week is an annual week with events featuring expert speakers, practical resources, and a dynamic communications toolkit. Throughout the week, NSW public sector employees will learn practical ways to embed the core public sector values - Integrity, Trust, Service and Accountability - in their everyday work to strengthen community inclusion.
The core values form the foundation for the conduct expected of all us as public sector employees. When these values underpin our work, we ensure that every decision we make is aimed at achieving the best outcomes for the people of NSW.
Values in Practice
Living our values means more than simply stating them - it means putting them into action. We demonstrate our commitment by letting our core values guide our behaviour and shape our everyday decisions. To support this, we’ve created a series of infographics that show practical ways to bring our values to life. You can download them below. Let’s work together to put Integrity, Trust, Service and Accountability into action every day.
Communications toolkit
We have developed a communications toolkit with a range of assets that you can use yourself and share with your colleagues and your office to promote Values Week.
It includes icons, social media tiles, posters to print for your office, MS Teams backgrounds, and website banners.
Check them out below!
Keep your eyes peeled leading up to Values Week as we will share event details and more practical tools and resources to help you feel confident that you are living our core values at work.
