Who we are

Your information is being collected by Government Technology Platforms, Digital NSW, part of Department of Customer Service.

Why we collect your information

We collect personal information for the purposes of:

  • Sending you OneCX Program updates.
  • Sending you the Help Hub newsletters (this is on condition that you are a CMS user).  

These updates are offered as an ‘opt in’ subscription. You can 'opt out' at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter or contact onecx@customerservice.nsw.gov.au directly.

The kinds of information we collect

We may collect the following information:

  • First and last name
  • NSW Government email address
  • Which agency you work for
  • Government portfolio.

How we collect information

We collect your information directly from you through online registration forms. 

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide you with updates on the OneCX Program
  • Send you newsletters about the OneCX Program and nsw.gov.au platform
  • Share updates on upcoming OneCX Program events.

Who we share information with

We may share your information with:

  • Our third-party mailing service provider to distribute and manage email notifications.

We will not disclose your information to anybody else, except:

  • When you have given your consent
  • Where we are authorised to do so by law, such as a court order.

How long we keep information for

We will only keep information for as long as we need it to fulfil the purposes we collected it for.

Our third-party mailing service provider will store your personal information for as long as you subscribe to these notifications. If you unsubscribe, your information will be deleted from their systems and servers.

We maintain a Privacy Management Plan, which outlines how we comply with NSW privacy laws, and the measures we have in place to help protect personal information from loss, unauthorised access, use, modification, disclosure, or other misuse.
