Why we collect your information
We collect personal information for the purposes of:
- Sending you OneCX Program updates.
- Sending you the Help Hub newsletters (this is on condition that you are a CMS user).
These updates are offered as an ‘opt in’ subscription. You can 'opt out' at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter or contact onecx@customerservice.nsw.gov.au directly.

- NSW Government email address
- Which agency you work for
- Government portfolio.

We collect your information directly from you through online registration forms.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide you with updates on the OneCX Program
- Send you newsletters about the OneCX Program and nsw.gov.au platform
- Share updates on upcoming OneCX Program events.

- Our third-party mailing service provider to distribute and manage email notifications.
We will not disclose your information to anybody else, except:
- When you have given your consent
- Where we are authorised to do so by law, such as a court order.
How long we keep information for
We will only keep information for as long as we need it to fulfil the purposes we collected it for.
Our third-party mailing service provider will store your personal information for as long as you subscribe to these notifications. If you unsubscribe, your information will be deleted from their systems and servers.
