Christmas Closedown Notice 2025

Our office will be closed for the Christmas and New Year period from 24 December 2025 to 9 January 2026.

Normal operations will resume on Monday, 12 January 2026.

During this time, we will not be processing applications or responding to enquiries.

Important information about skilled enquiries

The NSW business and skilled migration team cannot provide the following:

• The likelihood your SkillSelect EOI will be invited to apply for nomination. All validly submitted EOIs will be considered.  

• An invitation to apply as special consideration. We do not invite EOIs outside the normal functioning of an invitation round for any reason.  

• The date of upcoming invitation rounds. Invitation rounds occur ongoing throughout the financial year, there are no set dates.   

• Information about your eligibility. You must make your own determination whether you meet the minimum eligibility requirements.

• Assistance with visa related matters. You must contact Home Affairs directly for all visa and/or visa application enquiries.
