About the program
Technology businesses from sectors including AI, cybersecurity, SaaS, fintech, regtech, govtech, proptech, edtech, digital health, agritech and cleantech are encouraged to apply. Other technology-enabled businesses with scalable products or services and international growth ambitions may also be suitable.
The program is open to eligible technology businesses across metropolitan and regional New South Wales.
Participants can choose an online or in-person workshop, with both offering the same content, outcomes and materials.
Participants will:
- Assess their export readiness and identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate and prioritise international market opportunities.
- Understand market entry, scaling and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop a practical export growth strategy for their business.
- Learn how government trade and export programs can support international expansion.
Participants will also receive practical tools, templates and real-world examples that can be applied immediately.

- New to exporting or exploring international markets
- Preparing for international growth and market entry
- Seeking a clearer export strategy and market prioritisation framework.
Please note:
Applicants may nominate their preferred workshop format as part of the EOI process. Where the in-person workshop reaches capacity, applicants may be offered a place in the online workshop.
Both workshops deliver the same content, learning outcomes and program materials.
