Baraz Construction Pty Ltd (ACN 072 232 538) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 2B Heydon Avenue WARRAWEE (SP/93031) (the Development).
Baraz Construction Pty Ltd (ACN 072 232 538) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.
Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
