Building Work Rectification Order for Bayone Projects Pty Ltd

Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

Bayone Projects Pty Ltd (ACN 113 337 518) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation 6 Nancarrow Ave, Ryde NSW 2112 (SP97600).

Bayone Projects Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order. 

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
