Decode Sydney Pty Ltd (ACN 604 521 173) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 18-20 Cliff Road, Epping NSW 2121 (SP100114).

Decode Sydney Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order.
