Dreizi Building Group Pty Ltd (ACN 609 418 528) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 6—10 Beatson Street Wollongong 2500 (SP 99221 Lot 1 in DP 1236967) (the Development).
Dreizi Building Group Pty Ltd (ACN 609 418 528) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order. Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
