He Co Pty Ltd (ACN 169 272 315) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to address 2-4 Anzac Avenue, Engadine NSW 2233 (Lot X, DP 446347; SP 103783 / Lot A, DP 386887 / Lot 2, DP 394270 / Lot Y, DP 394270 / Lot B, DP 405057).

He Co Pty Ltd (ACN 169 272 315) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out in below in this Order.
