Mitchell Avenue Development Pty Ltd (ACN 615 564 586) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 11 -15 Mitchell Avenue, JANNALI NSW 2226 (SP102187). Mitchell Avenue Development Pty Ltd (ACN 615 564 586) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order. Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
