Gujjar Construction Pty Ltd is being given this Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 7 Wedgetail Avenue, Austral, NSW 2179  (Lot 17 / DP 1264197) (the Development).

Gujjar Construction Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the defects as set out in below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
