Lavish Construction and Developments Pty Ltd is being given this Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 65 Bardia Avenue Bardia (Lot 1017 / DP1200780) (the Development). 

Lavish Construction and Developments Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the defects as set out in below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
