Summary of Undertakings given in the Deed

GY Kids and Ms Guo undertake to comply with sections 106 (1), (2), and (3) of the ACL. GY Kids and Ms Guo undertake to implement the following measures.

By COB 15 August 2025: All products must be removed from sale and inspected for compliance.

By COB 16 August 2025: Inspection must be completed and staff re-trained by Ms Guo on safety compliance.

By 6 February 2026: Ms Guo and GY Kids must send 5 garments for independent testing and notify Fair Trading of the results.

By 6 August 2026: This testing process must be repeated.

If results are satisfactory, a final round of testing will be required on 6 August 2027.

Pecuniary Penalty

GY Kids and Ms Guo undertake to pay to NSWFT an amount of $3,990.80 by way of pecuniary penalty for the indicated contraventions of the ACL
