Licences suspended for Joshua Tesolin and Tesolin Consulting Pty Ltd
NSW Fair Trading has suspended the real estate licences of Mr Joshua Tesolin and Tesolin Consulting Pty Ltd, effective immediately, pending possible disciplinary action, for engaging in serious and repeated breaches of the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002.
The suspensions arise from an extensive investigation which has resulted in NSW Fair Trading determining Mr Tesolin and Tesolin Consulting Pty Ltd may have engaged in multiple contraventions of the law, between them including:
- Underquoting the selling price of over one hundred residential properties.
- Dummy bidding at auctions.
- Producing false documents to NSW Fair Trading.
- Breaches of the rules of conduct, including using high pressure sales tactics.
The conduct is believed to have occurred while Mr Tesolin and Tesolin Consulting operated under the banner of Ray White (Quakers Hill – Tesolin Group).
The suspensions were imposed when formal Show Cause notices were served on Mr Tesolin and Tesolin Consulting Pty Ltd. A response to these notices is required by 29 August 2025 as to why disciplinary action should not be taken.
David Mansfield of Deloitte SRT Pty Ltd has been appointed manager of Tesolin Consulting Pty Ltd during the suspension and is authorised to continue the business of Tesolin Consulting Pty Ltd during this time. Impacted customers are encouraged to direct any enquiries to Deloitte at gprior@deloitte.com.au or reach out directly to NSW Fair Trading on 13 32 20.
