About the program

The See Yourself in Cyber program was lauched in 2023 with over 100 students from 7 schools competing in capture the flag exercises.

NSW Department of Education high schools engage in the cyber career program to help inform students and career advisors about the pathways into cybersecurity.

Students can learn about cyber security skills and techniques, including:
  • coding
  • cryptography
  • forensics
  • Linux commands
