Adventures Online
Students can learn to identify red flags when online, set strong privacy settings and navigate out of unsafe situations.
Years 3-4 students can learn to:
- Identify why privacy settings are important for keeping personal information safer online.
- Recognise that apps, games and online accounts can store and share personal data.
- Identify red flags in online interactions, including pressure, secrecy, requests for personal information, or contact from unknown people.
- Describe safe strategies for responding to unsafe online interactions, such as stopping, screenshotting, blocking, reporting and seeking help from a trusted adult.
Teachers who register will be able to watch a recording for a limited time.
