Manage your NESA Identity
Learn how to update and manage your NESA Identity (NESA ID).
What you need to know
For security and privacy reasons your NESA ID is linked to you only.
Make sure you:
- keep your NESA ID username and password private
- use a personal email address (as your work email address may change)
- do not use a shared email address
- keep your details updated.
Manage or update your details
NESA ID
Your NESA ID details are the same across all NESA services. Starting with eTAMS and NESA Learning, you will use your email address, a password, and an authentication code to access your accounts. We are working to add other services to NESA ID.
To update your email address, mobile phone number, title or name linked to your NESA ID:
Sign in using your NESA ID
Go to 'Your Profile'
Select 'Change NESA ID details'
Update the relevant fields
eTAMS
NESA may require details specific to your accreditation. Some examples include:
- your residential address
- your Working with Children Check number
- your teaching qualification.
This information will be stored in eTAMS and not NESA ID.
To update your Communications email address, your residential or postal address, or your Working with Children Check in eTAMS:
Sign in using your NESA ID
Go to 'Your Profile'
Select 'Change email'
Update the relevant fields
If you no longer have access to the email address listed on your account, contact us for help.
