What’s this about?

The NSW Government’s Bus Priority Infrastructure Program is improving the reliability, journey time and efficiency of bus services and improving access for passengers.

The bus stop located on Woodstock Avenue, Mt Druitt, just before Carew Street (ID 2770106) becomes muddy and hard to access in rainy weather making it difficult for passengers when they get on or off the bus.

Transport would like to create an indented bus bay, a concrete waiting area and connection to the existing footpath along Woodstock Avenue to improve passenger access at this location. These changes will enable buses to more safely set down and pick up passengers.

Transport would like to know your thoughts on the proposal. To do this we are holding a consultation that will run from Monday 4 November 2024 to Sunday 16 November 2024.
