If you have a concern about our service or staff we encourage you to raise any concerns with a staff member or manager during your care where possible.

Further action can be taken directly with the Far West LHD Complaints Liaison Manager or by contacting the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC). The HCCC is an independent body with responsibility for dealing with complaints about Health Services or Health Providers.
