How to register for the Strata Hub
What building inspectors must do
The Strata Hub will send you an email advising you that ‘You have been proposed as a building inspector’ including the case reference number.
You will need to ‘Register for the Strata Hub’ or ‘Log into’ to the Strata Hub to review the details of the development and progress the building bond case.
If you are having trouble registering, follow these instructions.
- Read and accept the Privacy Statement, complete ‘ReCAPTCHA’ and select ‘Continue’.
- Complete the fields in the ‘Personal Details’ page including the declarations at the bottom of the page. Select ‘Register’. The fields marked with a red asterisk [*] are mandatory.
Note: Save your username and password details somewhere secure so you can log in easily next time. - If you understand the statements, tick the two checkboxes and select 'Continue’.
- Select 'Inspector’ under Registration Details.
Enter the email address for service of the inspector.
Select ‘Register’. - You will see an onscreen message about a welcome email. Select ‘Return to login screen’.
- To login, enter your username (your email address) and temporary password.
- You will be emailed a ‘Verification Code’.
- Enter the verification code and select ‘Submit’.
- The system will ask you to change your password. Set your new password to complete your registration process.
- You will be able to see the Welcome page.
Search your ‘Strata Bond Number’, you will be able to see and update the details.
To log off, click on your initials in the bottom, left-hand corner and select the ‘Log off’ option.
The supported browsers are Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Safari.
If you are having trouble viewing the left panel menu options, check your browser is not zoomed in past 100%.
