BCNSW eCert is now mandatory
From 1 July 2026, all CCEWs must be submitted through the BCNSW eCert portal.
The PDF CCEW form is no longer available. You cannot submit CCEWs to Building Commission NSW by email using the PDF form.
The following submission methods are no longer accepted:
- CCEW PDF form
- Essential Energy portal
- hard copy forms, including NECA book forms

If you have not used the portal before, you need to register for an account before you can submit a CCEW.
