How to log into BCNSW eCert
Enter your log in details
On the login page, enter your:
- licence number exactly as it appears on your licence, with no spaces or dashes.
- password (passwords are case sensitive)
Select the log in button to continue to the one-time passcode step.

Request your one-time passcode
As an important security feature, BCNSW eCert uses two-factor authentication every time you log in to help protect your account from unauthorised access.
Each time you log in, a one-time passcode will be sent to your registered email address.

Sometimes the one-time passcode email can take a moment to arrive. If you haven’t received it after 10 minutes, select the resend code link on the portal page.
Enter your one-time passcode
Copy the 6-digit one-time passcode from the email you received and select the next button.

If your code had expired, you'll see the 'Your code expired' message with a resend code option. Select the resend code option to receive a new one-time passcode and try again.
