The Digital Services pressroom is equipped with several high-end printing and production machines, including:
- Mitsubishi 5F 4 – a lithographic large format printing press
- Heidelberg GTO Z-S – a lithographic small format printing press
- a range of production machines for finishing printed products.

Example project workflow
We provide comprehensive service offerings under one internal government roof – from concept to creation, printing, mailout and storage. Below is an example of a project workflow.
Brief and scoping: Submit the project brief along with text and images. We’ll estimate the cost and time required for your project.
Create: Our design or digital imaging teams create your project.
Proof: Customer to review and supply marked up edits.
Approval: Customer to confirm approval via writing.
Printing: Print using digital, lithographic or large format printing.
Finishing: Includes binding, trimming, laminating, folding.
Delivery: Delivery via email, transport to customer or upload to web.
Storage: Warehouse and inventory management service.
