Page types
Choose a page template to create your web page:
- Landing page and standard page templates are used for the majority of content on nsw.gov.au.
- Resource pages are used for PDF documents, either to move the content onto the web page or to attach a PDF file to the web page.
- News article pages can be created when a news landing page has already been created for the article to be listed on.

Media
Add media files to your page, including images, PDFs and videos. Media files can contribute to the SEO of your content. Follow the govenance and file naming conventions to create your file and then follow the instructions to upload it to the CMS.
Consider converting document files to web pages with the resource template. If documents are uploaded, they need to meet accessibility standards.
