Check the status of your application

Online applications

You will need to enter the Online Reference Number (ORN) which was provided when you submitted your application.

This ORN was also sent to the email address you provided us.

If you are unable to locate your ORN, send us an email.

All other applications

Send us an email and we'll reply within 10 business days.

Make sure you include your:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Brief description of your enquiry
  • Application or order reference number.

We'll acknowledge your feedback within 3 business days and keep you updated on the progress if we need time to investigate.

If you’re unhappy with the outcome, you can ask us to review the decision. This can take up to 21 days.
