We aim to reply to each person within 10 business days. To ensure we can be of most help, make sure you include the following in your email:

  • Online Reference Number (ORN) if you’ve completed an online application.

Please complete this form to ensure your complaint is recorded and actioned by the most appropriate team. If you submit a complaint, please note we sometimes require longer for investigation

Check the status of your application

Online applications

You will need to enter the Online Reference Number (ORN) which was provided when you submitted your application.

This ORN was also sent to the email address you provided us.

If you are unable to locate your ORN, send us an email.

All other applications

Send us an email and we'll reply within 20 business days.

Make sure you include your:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Brief description of your enquiry
  • Application or order reference number.

Registry payment portal

If you receive an email from the Registry requesting payment, it will include a link to our secure payment portal.  The URL will be 'https://forms.bdm.nsw.gov.au/payment-request'

This is not spam. The portal will display your unique transaction number, and an itemised summary of the amount owed.

After payment, you will see a confirmation message and receive a confirmation email. Registry staff are notified automatically once you have paid, so no further action is needed after payment.
