Change your contact details

1. Select the settings icon in the top right-hand corner of the online portal and click ‘my profile.’

2. Select ‘change account contact details’ and follow the steps to change your account contact details.

Change your password and security questions

Enter your current password and select ‘unlock.’ Follow the prompts in the portal to update your password and security questions.
