Logging onto the online portal
1. Log in to the portal
Once you have been granted access, you will use the portal to:
- renew your registration
- manage your registration
- notify us of changes to your circumstances.
You can access the portal at any time. Your renewal reminders will include a token you can use to access the portal directly. You can also access using the direct link to the online portal.
2. Enter your login details
Enter the email and password you provided when signing up to the portal, and click ‘login.’ These details are what you will use whenever you log into the portal.
Remember, your login details are unique to you. Protect your personal information by not sharing your login details.

3. Verify your identity and answer your security questions
You may need to verify your identity when you login from a different computer to your last login. Select your preferred option to receive the two-step verification code.

You will be asked the security questions you nominated as part of your portal access registration. This applies to users who selected the security question option when signing up. Respond to the questions with the answers you registered with.

You will receive a verification code via email or SMS. The way you receive the code depends on the option you selected for your preferred two-step verification method. Enter the code and click ‘next.’

4. View the building certifiers’ portal landing page
You will be taken to the online portal landing page once your identity has been verified. This is where your registration details will be displayed.
