Contact our team
Use your NSW Valuation and Objection Portal account
The easiest way to contact us is through the Valuation and Objection Portal. You can:
- submit a service request or general enquiry
- provide feedback or make a complaint
- update your contact details (mailing address, phone number, email)
- choose to receive your notice of valuation by email
- add properties you own or lease to your account
- lodge an objection to your land value
- update your authorised representative or managing agent
- view all your messages in your portal inbox.

If you’re having trouble logging in or managing your NSW Valuation and Objection Portal account, call our support team on (02) 6332 8188.
We’re available Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (excluding public holidays).
Enquiries from councils and government organisations
If you’re from a government organisation (such as a local council, Crown Lands, Revenue NSW or Transport for NSW) and your enquiry relates to properties your agency does not own or manage directly, please use the enquiry form for councils and Government organisations.
Using the correct form helps us direct your enquiry to the right team and respond faster.

Language help
Need an interpreter? You can access a translating and interpreting service by calling 13 14 50. Ask for an interpreter in your language and request to be connected to Value NSW on 1800 110 038.
National Relay Service
If you're deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech impairment, contact us through the National Relay Service

Please contact these other agencies if your enquiry relates to the following:
- Land tax – contact Revenue NSW by calling 1300 139 816 or 02 7808 6906 (between 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday)
- Council rates – contact your local council using the 'search your address' box
- Property acquisition – contact the Property Acquisition Support Line by calling 1300 089 551 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
- Land titles, plans, dealings, surveying, general deeds, Powers of Attorney for property – contact NSW Land Registry Services by calling 1300 396 076 or 02 8776 3575 (between 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)

Access to information
You can request information under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009. This Act gives you the right to request any information we have unless there is an overriding public interest against disclosure.

Feedback and complaints
We welcome your feedback and take complaints seriously. You can contact us by:
- logging into your NSW Valuation and Objection Portal account and submitting feedback or a complaint
- calling us on 1800 110 038
- writing to us at Value NSW, Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure, PO Box 745, Bathurst NSW 2795.
We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days. If more time is needed, we’ll keep you updated on the progress.
Complaints are handled in accordance with the External Service-Related Complaints Policy.
