Consumers warned not to deal with Emily J Andres trading as Andres and Co

NSW Fair Trading Commissioner, Natasha Mann, has warned consumers not to deal with Emily J Andres trading as ‘Andres and Co’ regarding wedding photography and videography services offered via the website 'www.andresandco.com.au' and on social media platforms 'www.instagram.com/andresandco' and 'www.instagram.com/joeyandresphoto'.

Ms Andres offers wedding photography and videography services to consumers in NSW.

Since October 2023, NSW Fair Trading has received 68 complaints about the services offered by Ms Emily J Andres.

Consumers complain that services paid for are not supplied in the time specified or within a reasonable time, or that they are only partially supplied.
