Deniliquin hospital is a hub site for surrounding smaller communities and provides a range of community, allied health and mental health/drug and alcohol outreach services.

Deniliquin Health Service provides a nine chair renal unit and a separate three chair oncology service.

Location

The picturesque town of Deniliquin is situated in country NSW on a tributary of the Murray River, close to the border with Victoria. With a population of just under 8,000 residents, Deniliquin is at the centre of Riverina sheep-station country and on the fringe of one of the world's largest red gum forests. A network of forest trails offers a variety of bushwalking, camping, biking and birdwatching adventures.

Deniliquin has a range of primary, secondary and tertiary education options, including the Riverina Institute of TAFE and offers sporting opportunities including AFL, rugby union, cricket, netball, golf and tennis.

Getting there 

Deniliquin is about one hour north of Echuca , 2.5 hours west of Albury and 4 hours' drive to Melbourne.
