Guidelines for approved NSW school providers delivering courses to overseas students

A school provider is approved by NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) and listed on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS). The Guidelines provide information about the requirements and process for approval.

  • the legislative basis for approving NSW school providers to deliver courses to overseas students
  • NESA'S responsibilities in relation to the approval of NSW school providers to deliver courses to overseas students
  • the requirements for school providers delivering courses to overseas students
  • NESA's procedures for approval of a school provider to deliver courses to overseas students
  • procedures for refusal, amendment, suspension or cancellation of a school provider’s approval
  • procedures for appeal of certain decisions.
