Beam trollies and girder clamps
Beam trolleys
Beam trolleys and clamps should always be matched to the applicable chain block or lever block.
Beam trolleys are also known as girder trolleys. They are commonly used with chain blocks to allow the load to be lifted and moved along a certified beam or monorail.
Depending on the application, beam trolleys can be supplied in three types:
- push type, or
- hand chain driven
- electric.
If you are in a situation where headroom is crucial, then chain blocks and trolleys can be close coupled to maximise the height of lift.

Girder clamps
Girder clamps are also known as beam clamps. They are used for the suspension of hoisting and rigging equipment to an overhead beam or girder.
Unlike beam trolleys, girder clamps create a single fixed connection point and do not allow the load to be moved along a beam or monorail.
