Clubgrants Category 3 grants - supporting information
This page helps applicants during the grant application process to understand the Office of Responsible Gambling Clubgrants Category 3 infrastructure grants program requirements before and after funding is awarded.
Program agreement
The program agreement consists of the funding agreement schedule outlining your obligations together with the terms and conditions of funding.
If you are approved for funding you will receive both documents and be required to:
- sign the funding agreement schedule (sample) (PDF 168.29KB).
- read and accept the Terms and Conditions (PDF 521.21KB).
Timing
You need to complete your project within two years of the funding commencing.
Insurance
You need to hold a minimum Public Liability Insurance cover of $10 million and all relevant insurances for the project work and day-to-day operations.
Publicity and signage
You must make sure that any media opportunities, speaking engagements and signage relating to the grant or project are discussed with, and approved by the Office of Responsible Gambling prior to the event or publication. The NSW Government Funding Acknowledgement Guidelines apply.
Reporting and monitoring
You will need to submit mandatory project progress reports on a six-monthly basis and a final acquittal report when the project is complete.
The Office of Responsible Gambling may conduct spot checks as required to evidence the delivery of the project.
Variations
You must contact the Office of Responsible Gambling to seek approval before making any significant changes to your project. Following this discussion, staff will advise you if a formal variation request needs to be submitted.
