About the Project
The Paisley Road Beautification Project delivers a range of footpath, road, paving and landscaping upgrades along Paisley Road between Burwood and Croydon Stations. The project creates a safe, accessible and visually appealing pedestrian connection, equipped to accommodate increased resident and visitor numbers in the area.
Project Scope
The works feature:
- New paved footpath and parking lane blisters along the rail corridor
- Installation of pedestrian refuge crossings
- Removal and replacement of kerb and gutter
- Stormwater infrastructure
- Landscaping and new native palm trees.
